Born before 1385. Member of the municipal court and sheriff 1405 in Lund (M). County judge in Skåne. Magnus is mentioned along with several titles in 37 different documents between 1405 and 1428. In the last one he is mentioned as "vir nobilis" = noble man. In the book Ur skånska Båth-släktens häfder the author makes the conclusion that Magnus belongs to the nobility. The document tells us that Magnus sold a farm with three warehouses to the dean Folgerus in Lund. This is the only note found concerning Magnus property. Died after 1428.
